The name was chosen as our area has always been referred to as the banana belt due to our warmer climate, being geographically below the US and our banana republic mentality.
I will be in attendance on the 28th in T.O. and attempt to access the direction of the Party and our Leader. I am hopeful, but not convinced that a inter-party rebellion maybe needed to shake the obviously blind 'strategists' from the direction they have currently chosen. The Party seems to be ignoring the loyal 'commoners' and investing in the PAC's which have NOT gained the 'brand' any leverage in the recent polls.
Tim, is a good leader and could be Premier, but the messaging and identification of the Ontario PC 'brand' is not being handled properly. E-mails are not returned, questions unanswered and the 'brand' undifferentiated from that of the present government. The voting public wants change, but they need some direction as to what that change is!
Campaign manager, PC Ont., Mark Spiro promises substance, direction and delivers none. This is time to take Ontario back, but that is NOT happening, we are in the toilet!
